Prof. Victor Dos Santos and Christophe Bénaroya have the opportunity to meet Mr. Bruno Dahan and Ms. Mona Darouez (#Aerospace MBA Alumni 2016) at Airbus Central Entity on Feb. 24, 2017 to visit Nova Space facilities. Discussions led to more possible collaborations with TBS and the Aerospace MBA program.

Airbus has put in place various initiatives to boost its innovation capabilities. One remarkable initiative by Mr. Bruno Dahan is the “Nova Space”. The aim of this Customer Services Innovation Space is to boost innovative mindset within Customer Services employees, drive co-innovation projects with airlines or suppliers, monitor and support internal innovation projects. It has been inaugurated in June 2016.
This innovation space location is visible, open and easily accessible in Toulouse, in Central Entity Building, in the Customer Services main building. Hence, everyone crossing the building has to pass in front of it. To make the room opened to its surrounding environment it has been equipped with bay windows. Additionally, the building has a central glass roof which houses an interior garden, a fountain and exotic fish and the central aisle is covered with exotic wood flooring. All the ingredients are there to make people feel they are no longer in the office. Nova Space is perfectly fitting to ideation or creativity sessions. Inside Airbus, Nova Space is opened to everyone willing to be disruptive, creative, and wants to accelerate ideas related to the daily business or more globally connected to the Airbus environment.
